Manu Herdean

Manuella Herdean, or Manu, as she likes to be called, works on transactions for SRG clients who are buying or selling homes. With her life experiences and Broker credentials, clients are impressed how she assists in the transaction efforts – friendly and always helpful. She adheres to the philosophy of lifelong learning and helping others as exemplified by earning two bachelor degrees and an MBA, before pursuing real estate.Manu’s background includes living in a variety of places including Romania (where she was born) then Detroit, Chicago, San Francisco and now our Raleigh area. She and her husband have four children who are ages 14, 12, 10 and 9.
